Delivery Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if I am out when you make your delivery?
Our driver will put a card through your door to let you know we have tried to make a delivery. Just phone the telephone number on the card to rearrange delivery or to collect your parcel from our depot.
Do you operate at weekends and out of normal hours?
We undertake deliveries 24/7 365 days a year however we can only take bookings between 08.30 to 17.30, Monday to Friday.
When is your last collection for next day deliveries?
Collections are made in the afternoons with last collections being made around 5pm.
What’s the latest I can book a next day delivery?
Contact us by 12 noon to arrange collection for that afternoon.
Do you do timed deliveries on your next day service?
Yes, you can specify delivery by 09:00, 10:00, 12:00 or 16:00 on the next working day (Mon-Fri). This means we will attempt to make delivery between 08.00 and your selected delivery time. We can also deliver by 07:30 to most major cities and we offer a Saturday morning service to most areas too – contact us for more information.

Can I track my parcel?
If you’re the sender you can register with us to receive an ID and password. This will allow you to log in into our customer area and use our customer tracking service.
How do I get a proof of delivery (POD)?
Register with us and we’ll provide you with an ID and password which will allow you to login to enter the customer area. From here you will be able to view and print copies of your POD's, including customer signatures.
Can my parcel be delivered to another address?
In the interest of security delivery can only be redirected with permission from the sender. If you are expecting to receive an item and would like it delivered to a different address, please ask the sender send us an instruction.
